Lead, inspire and scale a high-performing digital team and ecosystem - combining in-house talent with top-tier agencies.
Drive global performance marketing across all channels such as SEM, CRM, SEO, Paid Social and Google Ads, focusing on ROI and customer lifetime value.
Collaborate strategically with Marketing, CRM, and Business Development to align data, brand, and business objectives.
Drive end-to-end campaign execution and optimization, including testing and coordination of the digital calendar.
Create performance-driven content briefs and champion a mobile-first, user-centered UX that reflects the elegance of vetsak’s products.
Foster an agile, values-driven team culture centered on ownership, excellence, and customer focus.
Proven success scaling brands through digital – ideally in a premium or design-driven environment.
Deep knowledge of Shopify (or similar), performance marketing tools, CRM systems, and attribution models.
Strategic thinker with a creative heart and analytical mind. Obsessed with customer experience, data, and detail.
Experience leading agile teams and collaborating across departments and markets.
Fluent in English (German a plus), with excellent communication and presentation skills.
