Deine Aufgaben

Aufbau und Führung einer leistungsstarken Finance-Organisation, die operativ verlässlich und strategisch zukunftsorientiert ist.
Sicherstellung von finanzieller Transparenz über alle Geschäftsbereiche und Länder hinweg durch Reporting, Forecasting und Analysen.
Steuerung von Liquidität, Kapitalstruktur und finanziellen Risiken sowie Pflege von Beziehungen zu Banken, Investoren und Partnern.
Verantwortung für den gesamten Planungsprozess – von Budgetierung bis zu Rolling Forecasts und langfristigen Finanzmodellen.
Erstellung aussagekräftiger Finanzberichte (P&L, Cashflow, Bilanz), die präzise, termingerecht und handlungsorientiert sind.
Übersetzung der Unternehmensstrategie in klare finanzielle Szenarien und Identifizierung von Chancen und Risiken.
Förderung datengetriebener Entscheidungen durch Dashboards, KPIs und überzeugendes Financial Storytelling.
Optimierung von Prozessen, Automatisierung und Einsatz moderner Finance-Tools zur Skalierung des Geschäfts.
Sicherstellung von Compliance (HGB, IFRS, Steuern) und Leitung von Abschlüssen, Prüfungen sowie Audit-Vorbereitungen.
Aufbau, Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Finance-Teams mit Fokus auf Exzellenz, Innovation und Ownership.

Über dich

Du wohnst idealerweise im Großraum Düsseldorf.
Mehr als 8 Jahre Erfahrung in Finance-Rollen, einschließlich Führungsverantwortung – idealerweise in einem Scale-up, D2C- oder E-Commerce-Umfeld.
Fundierte Expertise in Budgetierung, Liquiditätsmanagement, Controlling und Accounting.
Tiefgehendes Verständnis finanzieller Prozesse über mehrere Gesellschaften und Märkte hinweg.
Analytisches Mindset kombiniert mit strategischem Denken und ausgeprägtem Business-Verständnis.
Praxiserfahrung mit Planungstools, ERP-Systemen, Google Sheets/Excel sowie BI-Dashboards.
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie exzellente Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Skills.

Your Responsibilites

Build and lead a high-performing finance organization that is both operationally reliable and strategically ambitious.
Ensure financial transparency across all business units and geographies through effective reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
Manage liquidity, capital structure, and financial risks while maintaining strong relationships with banks, investors, and partners.
Own the company-wide planning process – from annual budgets to rolling forecasts and long-term financial models.
Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial reports (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet).
Translate company strategy into clear financial scenarios, identifying risks and opportunities early.
Enable data-driven decision-making across all functions through intelligent dashboards, KPIs, and impactful financial storytelling.
Drive process optimization, automation, and the adoption of modern finance tools that scale with the business.
Ensure compliance with HGB, IFRS, and local tax regulations, overseeing closings, audits, and filings.
Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team that combines excellence, agility, and a strong sense of ownership.

About You

You're ideally based in Düsseldorf Area
8+ years of experience in finance roles, including leadership responsibility – ideally in a scale-up, DTC or e-commerce environment.
Strong background in budgeting, liquidity, controlling, and accounting.
Deep understanding of financial operations across multiple entities and markets.
Analytical mindset paired with strategic thinking and business intuition.
Hands-on experience with planning tools, ERP systems, Google Sheets/Excel, and BI dashboards.
Fluency in English and German; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
